refunds and returns…

All items are made custom at the time of order, therefore no returns or exchanges are accepted. However, if you receive a damaged product or the wrong order we will send a replacement order ( you will keep the original order) if you contact us and include a photo of the product within 10 days of receiving it.

Additionally a refund will be given for any order upon request if submitted within 10 days of delivery. Again you will keep original product even if a refund is given.
